Tent & Material Specifications

Material
We use a 16oz "first quality" white block-out vinyl for all of our tents. 
We can , at your request, use a 13oz white translucent. Colored material 
is a 14oz translucent. We can add a 16 oz block-out color for an additional 
cost. You can choose from all white or a stripped tent at no additional cost.
 

We also use a Clear 20 gauge, that is made with our window sidewalls.
 
Colors available are:          
      White   Red   Green
         
  Black   Yellow   Blue   Purple
         
  Rose Teal Orange Beige

 
Aluminum Pipe
Our tents smaller tents ( 10 x's, 12 x's, 15 x's & 20 x's ) are framed 
with a 1" Schedule 40 aluminum T6 - 6061. Outside diameter is
1.315 in. with a .133 wall thickness.   2" Aluminum tube is available.
Our larger tents ( 30 x's & 40 x's ) and our All - Peak tents are 
framed with 2" aluminum tubing T6-6061. Outside diameter is
2.00" with a wall thickness of .125"

 
Fittings
Our frame tent fittings are welded with a 1-1/4" schedule 40 steel.
 

Tent Poles
Economy Poles
- Sidepoles ( 1 1/2" x 3 1/2" yellow pine, 1/2" round steel post, banded)
- Centerpoles ( 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" treated wood, 5/8" round steel posts, banded)
Aluminum poles
-Sidepoles   ( 2.5 OD 6061 T6, & 2.5" Schedule 40 )
-Centerpoles   ( We use 2 1/2" Schedule 40, 4" OD Tube, & 4" Schedule 40 )
 

 
Stakes
We sell 1" x 30" single head, 1" x 42" single head & 1" x 42" double head stakes.
 
Fire Resistance
All Fabric is Fire Retardant & approve 
by the California Fire Marshall
