Infinity tents processes payment manually, regardless if the order was placed online or by phone. We do this so we can go over the order with you, ensure the order will meet your needs, and have the opportunity to make any adjustments to the order or shipping before you pay for the order.

Due to the very wide variety of products we sell, their weights, and differences in shipping speed and delivery options, we calculate shipping on an order by order basis. Please just let us know if there are any special instructions, requirements, or requests, prior to payment.
